By working with local regulatory agencies, we ensure all internal policies and procedures meet high quality standards. Our onboarding process starts twelve months before resident move-in. We have learned that focused training on Standard Operating Procedures (“SOPs”) results in a high level of engagement by our team members, which creates a positive experience for our residents.
During each community’s formative period, we provide hands-on support to ensure the on-site team has a clear understanding of ID2’s expectations and feels supported by the management team. Our SOPs reflect our core values and help shape our communities’ culture. This culture has been foundational for filling communities at a record pace.
