Nancy Cutter

Nancy Cutter is responsible for architectural oversight, interior design, and project management of new communities. Nancy works closely with sales & marketing and operations to ensure each ID2 community operates efficiently.

Nancy has more than three decades of experience in all facets of real estate development, including twenty years of senior living community development. Prior to joining ID2, Nancy was Vice President of Development at Senior Lifestyle Corporation where she oversaw the design of 20 new communities representing over 2,500 units at a cost of more than $900 million.

Prior to that, as Vice President of Development and Construction at Integrated Development Group, she was responsible for design of CCRC’s and the design and renovation of the Lakeshore Athletic Club, constructed in 1927, into a twenty story, 198-unit luxury apartment building.

Nancy has an undergraduate B.S. in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois and a Masters of Architecture from the University of Michigan.
